A view is the filter, sort, and column display state applied to the item list on the Content screen, saved together. Once saved, you can bring the list back in the same state the next time you open the screen or when you switch from another view.
Views line up as tabs. Choosing a tab shows the list in the state saved in that view.
Only Owner and Maintainer can create, edit, delete, and reorder views. Writer and Reader can choose an existing view from the tabs and use it.

The view you saved is added as a tab, and that tab becomes the selected one.

The deleted view’s tab disappears, and another view becomes the selected one.
