Set whether a request is required for each role

You set whether a request is required per role under Request on the project’s Settings screen.

Only Owner and Maintainer can set whether a request is required. Writer and Reader can view what is set.

Set the roles for which a request is required

The setting is switched per role. It does not take effect until you save.

1. Open the project’s Settings screen.
2. In the table under Request, turn on Need request in the row of the role you are making it required for.
3. Click Save Changes.

To stop requiring a request, turn off Need request in that role’s row and save.
